HOW TO MAKE RESERVATIONS

BOOKING IS A VERY SIMPLE PROCEDURE. YOUR RESERVATION IS COMPLETED IN JUST 3 STEPS.

 

1. Select the product you want to reserve and add it to the cart. At this point you can go to check-out or continue shopping.

2. If you have finished choosing the products to book, click on "CHECK-OUT". Fill in the fields of the booking form with your data. Be careful to enter a correct email address. 

3. Choose the form of payment you prefer (bank transfer, credit card, pay-pal) and click on "CONFIRM ORDER"

The purchase process is complete!

 

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE BY EMAIL

 

By email you will receive:

1. immediately, a copy of your order to the email address you indicated in the booking form. If you do not receive any copies within the hour, it means that the email address entered is incorrect or that your account is having trouble receiving messages. In this case also check the spam box. The copy of the order summarizes the data of your reservation. Check immediately the date and time you booked and if you have made a mistake, report it immediately by writing to info@ticketsflorence.com.

2. At a later time, a second email containing the link to download the booking VOUCHER will arrive. The voucher is the document that you will have to present on the day of the visit. The voucher is very important. Unless otherwise indicated, the voucher can be shown in digital format on a smartphone or tablet and it will not be necessary to print it on paper. For each service booked, an email will arrive with the link to download the relevant voucher.

 

WHEN YOUR VOUCHER / TICKET ARRIVES

 

• If you book during the day before 16:00, you will receive your voucher shortly after, just enough time to process the order.

• If you book after 4pm, you will receive your tour voucher by the morning of the next day.

• If you book from 12 noon on Saturday and Sunday, you will receive your voucher on Monday morning.

Anyway, if you book a last minute service, the voucher will come in time.

 

YOUR PAYMENT

 

Remember that if you have chosen to pay by credit card, the charge for your purchase will be displayed on your statement in the name of Italy Travels Srl, the company that manages and owns the museumsflorence.com online booking system.

 

YOUR INVOICE

 

If you wish to receive an invoice for your order, you will need to report it in the notes field of the booking form, by entering the complete header data including VAT number, full address and the unique code for the electronic invoice (this last for Italian customers only).
