This cumulative ticket allows skip-the-line entry to the Uffizi Gallery on the day and at the booked time and access to the museums of Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens on the day of the visit to the Uffizi or in the 2 following days.
The first museum to visit is always the Uffizi Gallery! The reservation with a fixed date and time is in fact for the Uffizi, but the skip the line is guaranteed for all three!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE of the combined ticket
The booked time represents the entrance to the Uffizi Gallery and must be respected. The combined ticket must be validated at door n. 3 of the Uffizi. It is necessary to show up on the day booked at least 15 minutes before the booked entry time written on the voucher.
You will be given a matrix / ticket to pass the turnstiles. The matrix / ticket also gives access to the other two sites. If lost, it cannot be reissued except with the purchase of a new entrance ticket at the expense of the visitor. It is therefore recommended to be careful not to lose the ticket / matrix.
TIMES OF USE OF THE CUMULATIVE TICKET
Once you have visited the Uffizi Gallery it will be possible to access (only one access to each site) the museums of Palazzo Pitti included in the offer and the Boboli Gardens on the day of the visit to the Uffizi or at any other time in the 2 following days.
The validity of the ticket extends to the fourth day when the usual 3 days of validity include Mondays, the closing day of all museums, as well as 25 December and 1 January.
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR RESERVATION
Once you have filled out the booking form and completed your order with payment, you will immediately receive a copy of your order by email. Check immediately the date, time and type of ticket chosen. If the details are correct, you will always receive the tickets by email as soon as the order is processed. This procedure may take at least 15 minutes. If your booking is for the same day, your ticket will be sent within minutes of placing your order. If you submit your order after 5pm, you will receive your ticket the next morning. If you reverse your order after 12 noon on Saturday, you will receive your ticket the following Monday.
The ticket must be pre-paid. It is necessary to show up 15 minutes before the booked time at the the Uffizi Gallery, door n. 3 reserved for reservation holders for check-in procedures. Metal detector checks are always mandatory.
IMPORTANT: the confirmed time may not coincide with the requested time. In this case, the booking order will be suspended and you will be contacted by e-mail. Please inform us of any time restrictions compatible with your programs, in the "notes" field. If no restrictions are specified, you will be required to accept different entry times in a time slot between 1 hour before and 1 hour after 'requested time.
Example: requested time 11.00. Bookable range 10.00-12.00 unless restrictions are indicated.
Italy Travels is not responsible for any partial closures of rooms, route changes, cancellations or delays in entry due to force measure, staff strikes or decisions of the Museum Management and the Superintendency.
From booking to 72 hours before the day of the visit, the cancellation penalty is equal to 8.00 euros per ticket.
Starting from 72 hours prior to the day of the visit and in case of no-show (no show) the cancellation penalty is equal to 100% of the amount paid, therefore you will not be entitled to any refund.
Reduced and Free Tickets to the Uffizi
Reduced ticket to the Uffizi Gallery: citizens of the European Union 18-25 years old.
Free ticket to the Uffizi Gallery: visitors 6-17 years.
In this case there are only booking fees for those who wish to skip the line.
An identity document will be required. If not provided, the visitor will be required to pay a full ticket.
All the handicapped and their companion enter for free, if in possession of a certificate of disability. No reservations will be required.
