The route can be adapted to the requests of the participants, for example families with children, visitors with special interests, difficulties in making long journeys on foot.

Inside the museums there are routes for people with mobility difficulties. As this is a tour with a private guide, it is possible to customize the route adapting it to visitors with disabilities. Please report it in the notes field of the booking form.

This walking tour of the historic center of Florence lasts approximately 3 hours. The itinerary can be customized according to the special requests of the visitors. Normally the route includes a first stop to visit the Santa Maria del Fiore complex: the Duomo, Giotto's bell tower and the Baptistery of San Giovanni, including a visit to the interior of the Cathedral (if the entrance is not too crowded. Entrance to the cathedral cannot be booked and, in some cases, it is necessary to wait a long time to enter).

The tour continues towards Piazza della Signoria to admire Palazzo Vecchio and the statuary groups of the Piazza and the Loggia dei Lanzi. Passing through the Uffizi square across Ponte Vecchio, the tour ends in Piazza Pitti where you can admire the splendid summer residence of the Medici.

On request, it is possible to provide variations to this itinerary both by extending the duration of the tour and by varying the monuments to visit, for example including a visit to Santa Croce, Santa Maria Novella, Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the chapel of Benozzo Gozzoli ... available options are many.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY - PRIVATE GUIDED TOURS

From booking to 4 days before the date of the visit, the cancellation penalty applied is equal to 30% of the total tour price.

For those cancellations that are communicated to Italy Travels from 3 days prior to the day of the visit, the cancellation penalty applied is the full amount of the tour (100% of the total price), you will not be entitled to any refund.

The aforementioned cancellation policy will be applied proportionally to partial cancellations of the number of participants in the tour.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email.

Reduced and Free Tickets

Children under 12 accompanied by at least one adult participate in the tour for free. There are no other reductions.
